Greenpointhill.com (the “Site”) is owned by Greenpoint Pottery Hill LLC (“Greenpoint Hill,” “we” or “us”).  Your privacy is important to us.  This Privacy Policy explains our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

  •  Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect personally identifiable information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, in order to fulfill orders from the Site. We will only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us.

Whenever you visit or interact with the Site, Greenpoint Hill, as well as its service providers and contractors, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Site is accessed and used ("Usage Information"). How We Use Information Collected Through Our Site

If you sign up for our mailing list, we may also use your personally identifiable information to contact you with information we believe may be of interest to you.  If you do not wish to receive commercial email messages from us, our e-mail messages will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. 

Sharing of Information

 We may share non-Personal Information, such as aggregate user statistics, demographic information, and Usage Information with third parties.  We may use our third-party service providers and contractors to perform certain services on our behalf, such as processing, storing, maintaining and transmitting data, processing and web analytics, and data analysis. With respect website analysis, we may use Google Analytics, or another analytics provider, to record and process information as to how your browser navigates the Site, what keywords drove traffic to the Site, to help us count visitors and evaluate the Site’ technical capacity.   For those analytics providers that use cookies or Web beacons, any opt-out functionality is controlled by them, and subject to their opt-out policies and practices.

In addition, through a merger, acquisition or reorganization, any information that we have collected in connection with the Site may be transferred.  Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered one of our assets and may be sold or transferred to third parties.

We may also transfer and disclose information, including your Usage Information and Device Identifier, (including IP address), when we determine it is necessary to comply with applicable laws or to protect our interests and safety and those of other visitors to the Site.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist it in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely. Such third party processors’ use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this privacy policy. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you use the Site and provide us with your information at your own risk.

The Site may contain links to other websites that we do not own or operate, including those of other third parties whose trademarks may appear on the Site.  This may include links from service providers and partners. We do not control, recommend or endorse and are not responsible for these websites or their content, products, services or privacy policies or practices. These other websites may send their own cookies to your Device, they may independently collect data or solicit information from you and may or may not have their own published privacy policies.
