Shipping

We ship within the United States using UPS, within 1-5 business days.

Shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping, but we may be able to accommodate you upon request. Please contact us at info@greenpointhill.com for more information.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to reach out via email at info@greenpointhill.com with any questions prior to placing your order. Hopefully, we can address any concerns that you may have in advance so you can avoid the return process. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. 

All returns must be approved in advance by Greenpoint Hill; please email us at info@greenpointhill.com to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. If returned item is not received in good condition, the return will not be accepted or processed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

Upon receipt of the shipment, Greenpoint Hill will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.

Internet returns may also be made in person to Greenpoint Hill within 14 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item for something new.

In the highly unlikely event that something breaks during shipping, please send us an email and a picture within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep the original item and all original packing materials and we will do our best to accommodate you.
